Bánh Mì & Boba Tea in Round Rock, TX
Made fresh daily on University Blvd
Two things at Noble Phở get ordered on their own, with no bowl of phở anywhere near them: the bánh mì and the boba. The bánh mì comes on a proper Vietnamese baguette, crackly outside and soft inside, and every one arrives with a warm cup of phở broth on the side. The boba is blended in house rather than poured from a mix.
We are a family-run northern Vietnamese kitchen in Round Rock, started by three natives of Austin and Round Rock. The same care that goes into a broth simmered for hours goes into the pickled carrot and daikon, and into the tea we steep for the milk teas.
“Their banh mi bread is insanely soft inside and crispy on the outside.” — Jasmine, Google
What to order
Bánh mì — Lemongrass chicken, lemongrass pork, lemongrass shrimp, or the classic Vietnamese cold cuts with pâté, all on a crisp baguette with house Vietnamese mayo and pickled vegetables. Each one comes with a cup of phở broth on the side.
Boba tea — Our Noble Tea drinks are blended in house, including taro milk tea and Thai iced tea, served cold with tapioca pearls.
Vietnamese coffee — Cà phê sữa đá made the classic way with Café du Monde and condensed milk, poured over ice. You can have boba added to it if you want both at once.
