This Privacy Policy explains how TLC PHO LIFE LLC, doing business as Noble Phở ("Noble Phở," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit noblepho.com, order online at order.noblepho.com, join our email or text message lists, or contact us. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, birthday (if you share it for rewards), pickup or delivery details, order history, rewards activity, and anything you send us through a form, email, catering request, or job application.
- Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, including website analytics.

- To take, prepare, and fulfill your orders and contact you about them

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the messaging platform that delivers our texts, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

- Email. Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text.

- Access and deletion. Email hello@noblepho.com to ask what information we have about you or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will reply within 45 days.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website and text message program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
