Authentic Vietnamese Phở near North Austin, TX

Just up I-35 from Tech Ridge and Wells Branch

If you're in North Austin — Tech Ridge, Wells Branch, or anywhere along the Parmer Lane corridor — Noble Phở is close by. We're a straight shot up I-35 to the University Blvd exit in Round Rock, about 15 to 20 minutes without downtown traffic, near the Round Rock Outlets.

We're family-run, founded by three native Austinites and Round Rock-ians, and we cook the food we grew up loving — with no shortcuts on the broth.

“This is, by far, one of the best EVER vegan pho’s I have ever tasted.” — Frances P., Yelp

What makes northern-style phở different

Most phở in Central Texas is southern-style — sweeter broth, wider noodles, a big pile of garnishes. Noble Phở is proudly northern-style, the way phở began in Hanoi: a clearer, cleaner broth where the beef and slow-simmered bones do the talking, balanced rather than sweet, with fresh basil, lime, and bean sprouts served alongside. If you've only ever had southern-style, consider this your reason to make the drive — it's a different experience of the same beloved dish.

Assorted dishes including fried rice, salad, shrimp soup, spring rolls, fried chicken, and beef served on decorative plates and bowls on a wooden table.

Favorites for the lunch run and the drive home

Phở — Classic beef broth with your choice of cuts, rich oxtail phở, or vegan broth phở with steamed tofu and vegetables.

Bánh mì — Crisp Vietnamese baguettes with lemongrass chicken, pork, shrimp, or traditional cold cuts with pâté — each served with a warm cup of phở broth. Fast enough for a lunch break, good enough to plan one around.

Vietnamese coffee & boba — Cà phê sữa đá brewed with Café du Monde over condensed milk, plus house-blended Noble Tea and taro milk tea for the ride back down I-35.
