What makes northern-style phở different

Noble Phở is proudly northern-style, the way phở began in Hanoi: a clearer, cleaner broth where the beef and slow-simmered bones do the talking, balanced rather than sweet, with fresh basil, lime, and bean sprouts served alongside. From Tech Ridge or Wells Branch, take I-35 North to the University Blvd exit — we're minutes off the highway in the University Commons center at 200 University Blvd, Suite 530, Round Rock, TX 78665. Coming from the Parmer Lane corridor on the east side, SH 130 North to University Blvd is the fastest route. Free parking right out front, and online ordering means your pickup is ready when you arrive.
