These terms apply to noblepho.com, online ordering at order.noblepho.com, and the Noble Phở text message program. All three are operated by TLC PHO LIFE LLC, doing business as Noble Phở ("Noble Phở," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Text message (SMS) terms

  1. Program. Noble Phở sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages, such as offers, new menu items, and restaurant news, and may also send messages about your orders. You join by checking the text message consent box when you order online or sign up with us, or by otherwise giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
  3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  4. Opting out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no more texts from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did the first time.
  5. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@noblepho.com or (737) 340-3000.
  6. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  7. Privacy. Your mobile number and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Online orders

Menu items, prices, hours, and availability can change without notice. The prices shown at order.noblepho.com when you place your order are the prices you pay. Orders are also subject to any terms shown at checkout.

Food allergies

Our kitchen handles many common allergens, and ingredients are prepared in shared spaces. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before you order.

Gift cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms shown when you buy them.

Website content

The text, photos, logos, and other content on noblepho.com belong to Noble Phở or the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and text message program are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Noble Phở is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from your use of them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
