Authentic Vietnamese Phở near Cedar Park, TX
A quick drive for a bowl worth the trip
If you live in Cedar Park, Leander, or Anderson Mill, Noble Phở is closer than you might think — a straight run east on RM 1431, which turns into University Blvd right at I-35. Don’t fight Austin traffic or settle for whatever's in your pantry if you’re just a short drive for slow-simmered, northern-style phở made the way it's made in Vietnamese family kitchens.
We're a family-run Vietnamese restaurant started by three native Austinites and Round Rock-ians who wanted the kind of Vietnamese comfort food that tastes like mom's home cooking — broths simmered for hours, herbs cut fresh, and bánh mì on real crunchy chewy Vietnamese baguettes.
“some of the best pho i’ve ever had, and the portion size was amazing” — Sophie B., Yelp
What Cedar Park neighbors order most
Phở — Our signature. Beef broth simmered low and slow, rice noodles, and your choice of cuts, served with fresh basil, lime, and bean sprouts. We also make an oxtail phở and a vegan broth phở. Everyone’s fave Vietnamese food.
Bánh mì — Vietnamese pork ham, lemongrass chicken, lemongrass pork, or lemongrass shrimp on a crisp Vietnamese baguette with house Vietnamese mayo and pickled vegetables. Every bánh mì comes with a cup of phở broth on the side.
Boba tea & Vietnamese coffee — Our Noble Tea drinks are blended in-house, and our cà phê sữa đá is made with Café du Monde and condensed milk, the classic way.
