Vegan phở with its own broth
Traditional phở starts with beef bones. Our Vegan Phở (Phở Chay) is made with its own vegan phở broth, with rice noodles, steamed tofu, broccoli, peas, carrots and straw mushrooms, and every phở on our menu is marked gluten-free.
Look for the V (vegetarian) and GF (gluten-free) badges on our menu.
Vegan and vegetarian dishes
Vegan Phở (Phở Chay): vegan phở broth, rice noodles, steamed tofu, broccoli, peas, carrots and straw mushrooms. Marked V and GF.
Tofu Spring Rolls: grilled tofu, rice vermicelli, lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, radish, carrots and mint, with peanut sauce for dipping.
Tofu Vermicelli Bowl and Tofu Rice Plate: both are served without fish sauce.
Tofu Bánh Mì: lemongrass tofu on a crisp Vietnamese baguette with house Vietnamese mayo, carrot, cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño.
Fried rice: Egg, or Veggie with Tofu.
Dishes with a V badge are vegetarian. If you eat fully vegan, let us know when you order and we will walk you through each dish.
Gluten-free phở, milk tea and boba
Gluten-free phở: every phở bowl on our menu is marked GF, including Oxtail Phở, Combo Phở and Vegan Phở.
Drinks and boba: all of our handmade milk teas and Vietnamese coffees are gluten-free, and so is our tapioca boba.
Our shrimp, charsiu pork and tofu spring rolls are marked GF, but the peanut sauce is not. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, please tell us when you order.
